Sometimes I find it hard maintaing relatively nice to people. Especially when they are trying to make things better for you. Nothing comes good after that. I will have all this negative comments store in my head just eagerly dying to get fuck out. The term for this is "word vomit". It like the EVIL side of me that I don't wish to have.
And it not like you can share this to anyone. It will just makes thing uncomfortable for them.
